The first three tutorial sessions were focused on the basic principles, concepts, instrumentation, and applications of X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS).
The final session of the Tutorial session on XPS will be held on Monday, 10.07.2023 at 8 pm (Sri Lankan time) and will focus on the step-by-step process of XPS peak fitting and how to obtain quantitative information from XPS analysis. The pitfalls in XPS analysis will also be discussed.
